Weekends in Brazil

So this is where I spent my weekend.......
A conference in a castle, pretty cool. This is one of the best sites that i've ever been at for a conference, beautiful hot water, double beds, good food, a heated swimming pool. My life was made. It was a nice way to experience my first real conference in Brazil. Certainly wish i'd had more time to enjoy it.
Being a faci was great but tough, this is one of the first times only having english has been a real disadvantage and it was a struggle to express myself and my ideas fully with people who didn't have a good grasp of English. What I enjoyed most about the conference actually was helping out the guys where it was their first time as faci, seeing them learn and have a real impact on others. It was more special then I thought to involved younger members as faci's.
Finally met some great trainees too!
Now after travelling on and off for the last few months I'm here in Sao Paulo for good. I'm totally looking forward to getting to know the city and 'live' here.
