Grandma's coming to visit

I totally want to be like her when I turn 81!

I'm really excited to know that my Grandma (Dad's mum, Ruth) is going to come and visit me in Sao Paulo Brazil. My cousin Ali is coming too.

They first mentioned the possibility to me at Christmas time but I didn't believe it would happen but now they have almost finalised the dates and Grandma is waiting for her passport to arrive.

I'm so glad someone from Australia is coming to visit it me. It means that at the end of the 12 months my experiences here will be more then only my dreams. I will be able to share them with some people that understand and have seen where I have lived and worked so far for 7 months and will for another 5 months too.

I really hope Grandma is going to make it ok. It's her first international trip in about 20 years ( I think) and she's not exactly in her early 20s when talking about her health but she's in a stage in her life where she can do what ever she wants to and has been for the last 5.5 years since Grandpa passed on.

I only hope to be alive and travelling at least as much as she is in another 55 odd years.

Expected arrival is March, it was going to be the end of February, which would have changed my plans for Carnival quite dramatically, so my Carnival plans are still on (actually I lie, I have no idea what I'm doing for Carnival [will accept all ideas willingly] but now I know it won't be in Sao Paulo at least).
