Back to Rio for Carnaval

I gave in. I didn't want to go to Rio for Carnaval but as nothing else appeared for me to do for Carnval Rio it was.

It certainly didn't disapoint.

21 people, 11 countries of the UN represented, I was the sole Asia Pacific representative....
