Cabo Frio and Buzios
And then after the parades in Rio we headed to another beach. This time two hours from Rio at Cabo Frio.
2 more relaxing days in the sun. 2 more nights of Carnaval
And good news: Our Samba School in Sao Paulo Vai Vai, won second place in the parades there!
The first night we hang out in Cabo Frio to see a local street carnaval (not as interesting as we hoped) and the second night we went to Buzios for the last night of Carnaval.
After getting lost for an hour trying to find a bridge in Cabo Frio we went to a nice restaurant in Buzios for Carlos' birthday and then found a great Mexican Bar where we stayed until about 6 in the morning. Buzios is really nice and much more of tourist place then Cabo Frio.
A quick trip to beach to see another Brazilian beach and then back to Cabo Frio for some sleep before heading back to Sao Paulo.
