Peter Ivett is back..
And this time he's a woman!
It's ok Peter you don't need to freak out just yet, but one of the many really clear moments I have of my work on the MC in Australia is our sessions with Peter.
I realised now that I missed them a lot as he assisted a lot with my personal and professional development as well as my reflection ability.
Now here in Sao Paulo we have another HR coach - this time a woman.
Wilma is as cool and challenging as Peter and the language barrier doesn't seem to be much of a problem at all.
We started fortnightly sessions with her a month ago and i'm really liking them. To say i am enjoying the sessions is probably too much as they are very thought provoking and at times quite emotional.

That is great to hear Lucy! I wish I had someone like that here, to talk to and to guide me through tough times. I think it would be quite difficult to find someone like that here because of the culture.
Make the most of it. MWA!
